Pegasus Northwest provides the ability to cut through an almost limitless range of materials (thermoplastics, steels, stone, glass, bronze, rubber and stone) in a variety of thicknesses (.005" to 8.00"). Our water jet machining services are suited to an enormous variety of fabrication jobs.
The close tolerances our water jet cutting machines can achieve, along with the very small kerf generated during the cutting process, are especially suited to demanding applications such as the cutting of printed circuit boards out of larger pieces of stock. Tool steel can also be cut without affecting the intrinsic quality of the metal or generating a heat affected zone. Wood can be cut with great accuracy and efficiency, leaving a smooth finish effectively sanded by the fine quality garnet abrasives we employ in our water jet cutting machines.
